73/74 RFP Roof Sound Insulation

Anyone have experience in use of sound deadener above the headliner - Dynamat or the equivalents?

The 73 cabin is a bit of an echo chamber compared to my 62. As I am replacing the headliner, just wondered if anyone has added another layer of material.

Dynamat between new headliner and FRP, not installed as yet.

Going down that road. How did yours turn out?

I remember buying a big old box tv off ebay and having to go pick it up. The cardboard box took up the whole of the 73 rear with the seat folded forward. First thing I noticed was how quiet it was with all that space obliterated. So buy a big ass tv ,easy to install.
