Here is what I need: Choke control and cable? Heater control? Heater screen in front of passenger near feet? Radiator and washer tanks? Horns? Turn signal lever? Spare tire carrier hinge?

Yeah I'd say so, but it depends on how high your standards are haha. One of the holes is a little wide (right near where my ring finger is), but I don't think any of the screen is broken.

Yes but I cut the steering column out of it.

honestly all I need is the plate that the adjustment screw goes into. It's the plate down by number 8 in the picture. Would you be willing to sell me that plate.
