'72 FJ40 Rear Ambulance Door Seals

I just purchased a 1972 FJ40 down here in Nicaragua and I need new door seals all the way around. My rig has rear ambulance doors but all of the new seals I've found state they are for '75 and later. Will these fit my '72 or is there a vendor that sells the proper seals for my year? Also, who makes the best seal kits? I was planning on going with the CCOT set but I'm curious what everyone thinks is the best. Thanks!

My 72 was a rag top. The PO fitted a 76 hard top complete with ambi doors. I have a new set of seals from them but haven't put them yet.
