'71 or'72 doors on a '79 FJ40 (1 Viewer)

I am trying to find out if 71 or 72 doors will fit my 79 40, any help is greatly appreciated.

yes they will but it will take a bit of fabwork on the door catches..

Hey I have a set of doors that I beleive are for your era cruiser, wanna trade? I don't want to mod my newer ones to fit.

Unfortunatley mine have no hardware, and one of them has a bondo repair of a gash. The doors are in this pic.
