Anyone know this rig?

Judging by the pics it seems they shot the frame and running gear without much prep...hmmm.

Is that a shackle reversal I spy as well?

I haven't seen this one with mine own eyes (I live on the North Oregon Coast) but I remember seeing an ad someone wrote bashing the seller saying something about it being in a previous accident and having a bent frame. I may be heading up close to Seattle this weekend.
