Because you asked will get painted.

The color I wanted from the start was dune beige but after I painted a small part with a brush I didn't like the color ,came out little to dark for me,so I decided to go with light gray no shine since I was going to paint all the small parts including the top and bezel black would look good. Here is the results.

Here I installed the emblems thinking I was done with painting the tub.
Well that wasn't the case, after taken these photos I went on vacation over seas and I showed these pictures to some friends, they all asked what color I was going to paint the truck, including my wife that don't know s*** about paint and that did it when I got back I repainted the the truck, thank god was only the tub.
After testing my dune beige on another small part but this time with gun came out a lot lighter and now I like it( thats's what you get for buying cheap paint)
Well we will leave the second paint job for later, here is my front bumper made out of a piece of 2x5x1/4 tube I got from a sign, the holes was for the fluorescent tubes to go thru.

Now , that , is different .
Guess I'll go ahead and ask - what is the center hole holding ?
Sarge

That is the the power outlet for the winch or jumper cables but has been moved to top ,since then I purchased a winch that had the wires on ,it's on the left on this photo.

I do all this by myself but it's an addition want's I start I can't stop. After four restorations gets easier and my first was in a small garage with a floor jack and no room to move,so I decided that before another rest.i would build a decent garage with lift and manual winch to make things easer.
Here is some of my rest. And my garage.

The rubber sleeve from the heater to the plastic duct was gone so I made one with a piece of vinyl and Velcro, the ends on the defrost hoses had lots of cracks so I cut 1/2 inch of a bycicle tube and work great, I also use two of those on my carburetor to air filter.
