71 fj40 - atlanta ga - $800

well i hate for this to be my first post....

i just bought this 71 fj40 a few weeks ago with great intentions.

this week i find out my wife and i are pregnant again, and with a 1yo at home and another on the way i just wont have the time and $$ to get it going again.

350 v8
3spd toy transmission
stock tcase
stock axles

doesn't run currently. engine needs wiring. turns over by hand. oil looks good.

there's some rust in the rear end just beneath the tailgate on the passenger's side that will need repair, and the driver's side rocker needs replacement. it could use a new driver's floor pan as well.
