For overseas owners, I can supply the parts to convert your Electric Hubs to Manual, to minimize the freight cost, you would need to remove the motor and the carbon brush box yourself, then send me the little gear off the motor, plus the End Caps, = 1.4Kgs. You would get back ;
End Caps with seals fitted.
Two dummy motors, fitted with the little gears.
Two sets of gaskets.
3mm Alan Key Wrench.
Window sticker.
Fitting instruction sheet.
If you would like any info about this , my email is

one set for those club outtings in the middle of no where.

swapping from electrical to manual wheelhubs

Hi guys,

long time no see.

I was wondering if you could help me out.

I'm a proud owner of an 1994 Landcruiser KZJ73 (I think you call it a Prado) and my electric wheelhubs are a pain in the A**.

I would like to swap the whole deal with the entire wheel hub from an LJ70 (latest version with manual wheelhubs).

Do you think this is doable or are the a different size?;)

All information is welcome!!

I have a set of manual adapter plates I want gone if your interested. You will need to source hubs and fasteners for them though.
