On my 600, my driver side was near the bottom and my passenger side was near the top, just like the OP's.
In Normal, both my fronts measured 34" from ground to bottom of wheel well using a level and measured at the middle of the wheel.
In H1, they were both 35".
As
@URJ150L posted, down is more lift and that's what i got. With both pushed all the way down, I'm now getting 35" on both in N and 36" in H1. (sometimes an 1/8" or 1/4" higher)
What's strange to me is that both sides were equal heights originally despite the sensors being set opposite. I spent a while moving just the driver side up and down and cycling though and measuring and both sides seemed to respond but i didn't get major movement until pushing the passenger side down. I'm guessing there is some logic where it levels the front side to side and the lowest sensor setting rules.
I didn't try drivers side all the way up with passenger all the way down. Wonder if that would give more lift. With the extra inch now with both pushed down, the rake is almost completely gone.
Here are mine pushed all the way down.
