Want to share the bumper I recently built for the front of my 70. I had an ARB with a winch prior to this and was not a fan, personal preference, but it stuck out too far for my liking and was bulky as heck. I've always liked the plate, sleek look, contoured to the body lines. The aftermarket for the 70 series is not as strong as the other Toyota's where these types of bumpers are not being produced by anyone(at least I have not found any).
I made the decision not to make this winch compliant at this time as it would have caused it to stick out another 4", I think I can still do it in the future by mounting it low under the radiator. I think it turned out pretty good. Obviously it is not painted yet, probably go with powder coat or por15
