The brochures are both dated September 2012. So it is new-ish.
Anyone know if they sell street legal vehicles to the public?

I think they just block out 4th and 5th gear.

I could be wrong though.

They do, usually block out high range too depending on what the buyer wants.

Yes, gears are blocked off with a plate cut to suit the desired shift pattern.
The H\L stick is removed and locked in Low
Newest models come with A/C, sub tank and other options.
OEM trays or custom.

Some of us get all five gears...
