Hi guys,

I have new corner lamps to replace my old worn ones. Any tips to access in order to remove? Looks like I have to remove washer bottle, AC line, airbox etc....? Any tips - am I removing these unnecessarily? Is there an easier way?

Thanks!

Just pull apart buddy, get familiar. Hate air con, so kept it out, always gets in the way. Not too hard. From memory on the narrow nose tapering shape, the coloured orange lens has long screws from the front, the black mount, mounts all the way through the lens, mount and to the steel on the internal wall. Do the easy side to see how it works. Hope you got ome as the cheaper taiwan plastic is not uv stable and fades and cracks almost nastily.

I have a PDF of the RM183E, but don't see anything related to the front corner lamps in either the Electrical or Body sections.

Hello,

Three bolts secure each lamp assembly. They are inside each fender.

Depending on your engine, you may have to remove the washer/coolant bottle on the left side. No need to mess with A/C lines.

A ratchet wrench with an extension is better to reach the nuts because there is not much space in there.

Hope this helps.

Wild South,

Struggling with the same issue. I can see what bolts need to be removed, i probably can get the front 2 with a long ratcheting wrench but the back one is going to be really difficult. I removed all the bolts to the windshield fluid container and the canister seems trapped by the things around it. What did you end up doing?
