I have to say that I am very impressed with Kelly Saad work. I have the original 100 series grill Kelly made along with the headlights now. The body lines of both match so well. The lights and grill can be moved side to side for alignment. I did need 2 fender washers behind one light mount to make it perfect. My DEPO turn signals needed a spacer where it is hooked to the light. Looks perfect.

I removed my rock chip guards after my trip last weekend. It has a different look without them.
@kelly saad There is always work to do and little time available with family, job etc.. you know. Kelly saad put alot of thought and work into these light housings. The light output is far superior to OEM and just looks different. Kavik's aluminum bumper still needs minor adjustments and fog lights. Headlights are direct wired. No going back now!

Just made CAD file for the 06-07 headlight housing. The shape is a little different. Will cut these, build one and see if it fits.

You will need side markers off a 98-05. I have the parts for the 06-07 and will test fit them soon. The ones I currently have will not fit.
Let me know if you need anyone to test fit on an 06. I’ll probably order a set when they are done.

Some changes have been made to all my grilles and headlight housings. Every bolt-on location is fully adjustable now. All the attachment locations which have been welded on, now are bolted on with slotted bolt holes, so they are all adjustable.

I literally just ordered black depo and was planning on trying to retrofit HIDs in them with LED hibeams, but then I can across this. It seems it would be much easier to plug and play 7" projector headlights but I'm not sure I'm digging the look. They seem to be recessed very far in. Has anyone noticed an issue with the lights being so far in the housing?
