That is a 2F valve cover on that engine...

Looks like Kalifornia tags.
I think they are older oregon tags
So I got a chance to look at it today, been sitting a while. Was last registered in Oregon in '00. Has the 2F in it with an Offy intake and a 4 barrel carb. Says it ran a while ago but ran really rough, im thinking that huge carb? Had a decent dent in the roof but I think it'll pop out and then another good one on drivers door. Seats were pretty nice, headliner was shot! Not too bad of rust, especially for up here, def. had some but by no means horrible.
If the timing were right for me I'd pick it up, but I am trying to do some early spring cleaning...
