Has anyone found a suitable grommet for the wiper motor wires? I have searched the google for a few hours and can't find an off the shelf grommet. Could this be 3-D printed?

That was one of the many I tried, could not find the correct size. I found a place that 3d prints flexible stuff so I am going to try that.

Likely possible to print with flexible filament however it is hard to get good results. A print print file (STL file) of the part needs be created. A original part would be required to get all the dimensions to create the file.
Sketching something simple like this in CAD is easy enough - i don't mind doing that myself, but yes you need a good part to measure and copy.
The range of materials available now is mind boggling. I've used IMaterialise quite a few times and they alone have dozens of materials.
The problem is finding the correct material for your application.
Printing a mould, and pouring your own material into it gives you an even bigger range. Some even do wax printings that you can melt out afterwards

I like the concept of Lost PLA casting. Print your model in PLA. Put model in plaster. Bake, PLA evaporates. Pour liquid into plaster mold. I have a bunch of platinum/iridium spark plugs and breaker point. I want to cast me ring. Maybe a ruby or emerald to spice it up.

That silicon mold making stuff that's pourable until it cures would make nice castable seals/plugs. Print PLA mold blocks. Place in plaster, baked. Cast a resuasable "pot metal" mold for the silicon seals.

Casting aluminium isn't all that hard - we did that in jr. high school. Brass is gassy from what I read/watched. I'm thinking platinum/iridium will be a hole new level of heat.

Please look here:

Ive used some of their products and it works very well. I can recommend it. The part is slightly tricky because with flexible filaments the overhangs are not easy and you cant really print support material with the flex... at least in my experience you always need to cut the supports out with a knife. But if you dont mind then its not a hard part to do.

Where are you getting the non locking connectors? I can only seem to find the locking bodies.

I had this nylon piece made for the wiper motor. Not sure if I like it yet.
