6061 T6 1.5” alloy wheel spacer question (1 Viewer)

I noticed when fitting them that the supplied nuts only engage the existing wheel stud thread by approximately half of the thickness of the wheel nuts 0.509” to be exact [the nut length is 0.872”]. Is this sufficient for hard off road use?

The ones i had always fully engaged the supplied nuts. Sure you got the right taper and all?

Did your wheels get good engagement before the spacers?

Nuts were supplied with the spacers

Do you think this enough thread enagement or should I go to longer studs or have more of the spacer machined out?

my 1" spacers come just flush with the nut so I'd say yours are where they're supposed to be. Poser , Mudrak , Kurt would have the part # for the longer wheel stud to solve your thread engagement problem.
