I have been working on this 60 since purchasing it 7 months ago.350 V8, Entire interior has been replaced due to a fire that occurred previous to my purchase. I have installed a new dash, new carpet, dyna mat entire interior, custom audio, 2004 Tacoma front seats, recovered rear seat and interior panels in 2004 matching Toyota factory fabric to match the front seats, new headliner, finished repaint last week, 2" lift with 33" BFG on Eagle wheels. wilderness roof rack, custom front and rear bumpers being welded currently.

I will use it any way I can if it is ever finished

an 1200kg empty about 3000kg with all there gear

it doesn't handle to bad to the road i think the big tyres are

better off road

original pto winch, ome lift kit and rides on 35" bf mud tires.
got a arb roofrack and works great. even in the -42 centigrade winter we have now.

Hi all. My first post on here after a bit of lurking. This is my 1982 HJ60. Its my third Cruiser. This one was left to me by my father. The only mods so far is the snorkel i just spent the weekend on. I think it came up ok. Will be doing the diff breathers next weekend. Will be putting some 33 inch MT rubber on her shortly. Have a long wishlist, but a little at a time will have to do for the moment.

Hi!
I have 1983 HJ 60 with 2H engine. It has factory PTO winch.
Mods: A little lift, 31x10,5 AT's, Leather seats from Jeep Cherokee. Used for daily driving and trailer pulling. Now it's waiting for body and frame rebuild (had a little accident).

Future plans are: 33'' or 35'' tires, custom bumpers, maybe sliders and new wheels.

And that thing is usually on a trailer.
