Hi All, my first posting... nice site!!!!

1) 1984 BJ60 (I'm it's second owner, I bought it in 1985 with 10k on it)

5)Homemade roofrack (s/s and aluminum), Aluminum bull bar with hidden framemount 12K hydraulic Milemarker winch, 1KVA inverter, VHF radio, GPS, Ironman supension, new frame (sooo nice!), tons of other stuff over the last 23 years.
6) It's been my daily and work driver since day one... logging roads to city to highway, and it always gets us through!

I put cheap plugs and filter in her because I am le poor. (she has a rack and some Hellas i had laying around)
I am using her to tow my 67 Airstream. (I cycle everywhere I need to go otherwise)

I traded her straight up for my 2001 A4 Avant
because I needed something that would pull

Anyway - brakes are soft - body is solid - engine is smooth.
Should be looking into the brakes sometime this week

Lotsa stuff from SOR, some from CCOT, 2.5" lift, Bilsteins, poly bushings all around, greaseable shackles, F&R U-Bolt skid plates, 32x11.50 Michelin LTX M/S's, Hella Rallye 1000's using factory Toyota aux light switch, Hella FF75 fogs using factory Toyota aux light switch, rear back-up light, A-Pillar spot light, Optima Yellow topper, Pioneer double DIN cassette/CD head unit, Eclipse and JL Audio speakers, Alpine & JL amps, Bazooka sub, complete inside restoration, front damage multiplier (soon to be replaced with ARB winch bar), silly "dealer installed" roof rack (soon to be replace by something much more functional)...BLAH, BLAH, BLAH .....!!!
6. Use it as a partial DD. Around 5,000 miles per year. Will have owned it 7 years this September.

One day I am going to put a diesel or small block V8 in her !! :steer:

4 179,001 speedo cable broke about 10,000 miles ago.
5 Little by little, pretty much stock still. Bought it from a guy who really tore it up, the belts were so old they looked like leather. So far I have replaced all the esential tune up parts, the front and rear bumpers, 31" tires, infinity speakers (original covers) and the shocks.

Name of vehicle (optional): No, it's not optional and that was a pretty weak guess :D . I haven't decided yet, waiting for character to show through.
Mileage on the truck odometer: 127,285
Modifications, if any: None, so far.
How you use the truck: Carelessly. I've only just got it but I'll be dragging it all the way to Morocco in a month or so.

30 miles after I bought it, it just had to go for a bit of impromptu mudplugging. This was hampered by not all of the truck fitting into the available mud:
