60 series parking brake cable and spring over

Looking for options on addressing parking brake cable for spring over ~8 inch lift:
cable extension?
bracket/s relocate?
cable attachment sleeve/s modifications for stock attachment point?
alternate cable?
do without?

what have all you all done?

I actually don't have mine attached to the axle anymore. It kinda just lays there. The sleave and assembly of the ebrake cable is stiff enough that I didn't even use the bracket on the axle. Even without the bracket connecting it to the axle housing (ya know the one with two bolts?) it works awesome. Tight and solid. And my lift is pretty high......which reminds me, I gotta post some pictures......
