FOR SALE: 60 series cable locked axles, 4.11, complete

Two complete sets of cable lockers for a 60 series with the cables - the handles I'm going to have to look for, can not guarantee I have them.

4.11 ratio and in good shape.

I am selling these units as housings with locker/housings and cables included, the brake parts are included with them, but it's up to you to refresh and rebuild as required.

[strike]$5500 CAD[/strike] $4000 price drop as of 2013 04 30

I'm bumping this up to the top.

I have two sets currently out on the ground, and one more set in a vehicle. Big price drop so that these can find a new home and someone who will appreciate them. Let's work out some kind of a deal.

The diffs will fit on a 40 housing, but you will need a full floating type for the rear.
You will have to do some minor grinding on the housing mounting flange for spider gear linkage clearance, just like the factory did.
Also, you will have to install long splined locker axles from a 70 series, they are the correct length to match the 40 width.

Would the actual diffs and lockers fit in a 40 series housing? If so, interested.

Thx.

All in all, sounds like getting air lockers would be cheaper/easier... As I already have onboard air...

Although, the truck does have FF axles. But I would still need to find those 70 series axles...

I dunno...

these still available? @xtiaan2000

See this from my advert above (I don't usually monitor my posts, it's up to you to contact me):

And, yes, I have lockers coming and going from time to time.

I currently have one set with 3.70s and one set with 4.11s, and another set coming up soon with 4.11s.

These are sold "As Is" and will need to have the brakes and other things cleaned up. These come from vehicles I'm parting out, and often the axles come out last, and as result have been sitting around for a while and we're in an area that's rainy in the fall and winter.

$4000 USD per axle pair, with cables and handles.
