Hey guys, I was recently involve in a road accident where I hit the back of another car.

All the damage sustained to my cruiser seems to be mostly cosmetic, no damage to the frame, engine or radiator for that matter, the bull bar I have fitted sheared from the fame and pretty much broke my headlights, plastic surrounds, grill and damaged some of the bodywork.

Any ways here's where its going to get a little costly, the crash has done some damage to my manual transmission or possibly some kind of shifter linkage damage?, I'm unable to shift it into gear!
Anyone have any ideas on what might have happened or what I should look for to help diagnose what has happened?, I feel like Ned Flanders parents right now. I've done nothing and I'm all out of ideas!

Any help greatly appreciated
Cheers, Jedd

Welcome to the forum Jedd.
Have a good look around the engine mounts to see if there torn from the mounting point. If you craw under the truck have a look at the gearbox rubber mounting to see if that looks like it's gone forward. I suspect the engine and box has broken it's mounts and slid forward jamming the gear lever against the gearbox inspection cover.
