The previous owner of my truck had a radio installed but kept his radio but left the antennae wiring. I want to reuse the wiring and plug it into my Baofeng UV-5R handheld. I’m still learning about radios and would love some advice on how to make them work together. I know that my Baofeng uses an SMA female antenna but not sure what kind of adapter I’d need to connect that to the wiring in the truck…
