I was the lucky one to blow my front diff on the Poughkeepsie run. I didn't win the JT's gift card, but I did gain a lot of info from Carl that night at camp. I ended up with new Nitro ring and pinion gears front and rear and air lockers. When I placed my order Carl again took lots of time on the phone and helped me out with my order. The community at HIH is second to none!
I'm planning to make the trip again this year with my family. I'm also looking at switching my trucks up so we will see how all that shakes out. If you are on the fence about this trip, just do it! Great people and amazing area!!

Sorry Martin, I thought you won that NITRO gift card. Looking forward to seeing you again this year!

Tad, are you going to make this event? I checked with the wife and we are a no-go for this year, but we are in for next year.

Not this year. We are going to be somewhere in the North Maine Woods during this years event. Feel pretty strong about getting back there next year.

The second post of this thread has been updated with some of our CONFIRMED sponsors. This list will grow as we get closer and finalize the rest. We will continually update this thread, the website, and our Social Media. It's important to note that we did NOT heavily solicit sponsors this year. Instead we allowed companies and vendors who truly wanted to be involved to seek us out. This event is based on giving back, enjoying the vehicles we drive, hanging with friends and family and seeing new products. These vendors listed above WANT to be involved.

Clearly, vendors/companies are busy and they don't always have the time to chase after small events like ours. We will take the time to contact a few others who have been with us in the past and see about their interest in coming back for this year. Again, we have some new products to show at this years event. If there is something that you'd like to see, please let us know and we'll do our best to have it there. Every bumper on the market will be there. Just about every shock for the 100 will be there including the ICON Stage 4 with billet rear links and the new Ironman Foam Cell Pro shocks (not even in the USA yet). Just about every rack available can be seen too.

Remember, the vendors that support this event are doing so because they believe in this style of marketing. This is a small event by number standards, but huge in terms of overall reach. Between the photos and stories, it doesn't take long to find something from HIH on the internet. Many of the vendors in attendance end up with photos that are so good, they use them as their advertisement photo in magazines. Speaking of that, OutdoorX4 Magazine will be in attendance. We will have our 100 Series vehicle that has been used in the last 3 issues as the Project Family Overlander. There's some great products to check out there.

Is payment gonna go via paypal again like before?

Registration is open. The password has been removed from the page. Slightly different this year. The initial payment after registration is for the registration fee, ONLY (includes driver's shirt). Any additional shirts desired and selected during registration will receive a separate 100s in the Hills, PayPal invoice for those shirts. ALL ADDITIONAL SHIRTS WILL NEED BE PAID FOR BY JUNE 8TH, OR THEY WILL NOT BE ORDERED. We may choose to have several shirts available at the event, but please do not count on that. Thanks for your patience during this process.

Please let us know what to do if there's the need to add passengers later on! I for instance have a couple buddies who want to come along but won't know for sure if they are able to until a few weeks short of the trip! Thanks

Nothing special to do if they will fit in your truck with you. The reason for asking about headcount is to get a ballpark idea for what we may need. Thanks for asking. ~chris

I meant more in ways of $$$ or are we only paying the $75 per vehicle? I thought the fee was per adult! Either way, see you guys there! Thanks

This year the cost is a little less than last year. $75 is the per vehicle cost, no additional per person in vehicle. Thanks
