Good evening everyone

Trying to nail down a few things with my truck since I got back from a recent roadtrip.

Apart from a constant Mass Airflow Issue that I can't nail down (truck has been through a 101 code for MAF with three new sensors)
I now have a P0175 code....

One thing I've noticed is that when I'm accelerating the truck will almost skip out, the acceleration is not linear, it's choppy. But this is intermittent and only under load on acceleration.

What's been done
- 3 New MAF Sensors
- New Fuel Regulator , Fuel pressure at the regular is good
- New TPS Sensor
- New ECM - Flash is correct
- New O2 Sensors

Does this problem sound like
1. A fuel Injector Problem or
2. ignition Coil Problem?

Vortec has about 200k on it.

It's killing me because I've spent a good deal of money on everything so far, and the coils are an arm, and the injectors are a leg. Would like to buy one or the other if at all possible instead of almost one thousand for both.

Attached is the scanner report for your viewing pleasure

I had the codes pop for Bank 1 and Bank 2 a few months ago. Cleaned the MAF and the air filter, no dice. Took off the engine cover and found a disconnected vacuum hose - that was it. Yours may not be as simple since you have some MAF issues, but make sure you check everywhere for vacuum leaks first. My brother actually found mine because I had neglected to take the cover off and look.

Find someone with a real computer and see what's going on. With just the codes, you're operating in the blind. You can chase your tail all day long with these kinds of problems. I thought I had fuel supply problems when it was entirely the bad program I inherited with the ECM. A few minutes with a real computer and I'm expecting you'll know a lot more - especially about the rich bank. I was chasing a lean bank and it now looks like it's a small hole in the head gasket or a burnt valve.

I have software that will monitor it in real time, but what should I be looking for?

Which vacuum hose was it?? Didn't think of this at all man

The MAF....is a whole different ball game and I doubt it will be resolved

Since you continue to have MAF issues after changing sensors, you should probably make sure you aren't getting air to the intake downstream of the MAF sensor (i.e. crack in a hose, open fitting) and you should probably follow the MAF wiring from end-to-end to make sure the wires are intact and have no issues (at least check them electrically if not physically).

Have you cleaned the throttle body?

Re: MAF unplug and run it (or try to).
Check for loose cracked electric plugs along the harness...

Forgot to add, brand new throttle body

Will run without MAF today and check these plug wires, I was unaware they have a tendency to crack.

Rest of the harness is a brand new Howell EFI harness so I know it's perfect

Can't remember off the top of my head; traveling right now so can't look. When we popped the engine cover off there was an obvious hose disconnected on the PS. However I was popping codes for both banks with that, so may not be same for you. Good luck!
