Can anyone ID this intake pipe that connects to the MAF in this picture?

It almost looks like the factory one off a Tahoe but not quite right.

Looks like mine, it came out of a silverauto 1500. mine's a 2007 motor. Irish

I was thinking 2005 but I think it has a little pocket on the driver's side as well. I don't think it's quite the same.

I plan on using a mechanical fan with my vortec 5.3, and need a solution to route the fresh air past the (very close) fan blades. Any input would be much appreciated.

Is your radiator hose on the drivers side or passenger side? I was able to clear my electric fan with lots of room with this setup....

Not sure if the Vortec intake diameter is the same?
