I'd love to have one of their pop up tent trailers thing-a-ma-jigs. ;)

Here's a super clean m100. Probably more for someone doing a M38-A1 restoration though.

Dude...do guys seriously pay $1500 for those, or is that just a sick joke? My God, buy another Cruiser instead of that trailer. I can buy decent Cruisers needing minor mechanical work all DAY for $1500. But, I guess, if you're looking for the trailer, you already have a f*cking Cruiser. So I'm a jackass.... :ban:

I have a pretty nice FJ60, and other 4X4 rigs. What I want is a no-hassle trailer, set up the way I want, without making a science project out of it.

This will be my camping trailer in NV, OR, ID, AZ, NM, Baja, etc. It will carry tent, awning, gear, gas, water, refrigerator, stove, LPG, and spares. And it will use TLC OEM rims with 31" tires to match my 'Cruiser. I have been all over this trailer, and was looking for feedback from users. Not really concerned amount wther I can get something "nearly as good" for less money, but thanks for the sanity check. I guess anyone spending money to fit out an FJ60 for long distance wheeling is probably in need of the ocassional sanity check.

theyre good little trailers, if you want a bare bones towable to load up you cant go wrong. $1,500 is not so bad, you'll spend close to that modifying a M416, or having someone build it custom. i built my own, as it sits i have almost $400 in it and its bare bones, still alot to do yet. i say if a simple trailer fits your bill get it.

I had one for a while. Nice trailers, but I found I brought just too much $#it with me. Picked it up for $450 from Sam's Surplus in Stanton, Texas. www.samssurplus.com

I repainted mine and did some undercoating and new shocks/bearings and ended up with about $750 invested.

-H-

Sold it to a buddy who uses it much more than I do...you might want to PM MoGas...

Must not have owned a Land Cruiser very long if you are just figuring this out...

Thank you gentlemen! I now have two sources for new M416 type trailers. I will post pix when I get this organized, and ready to go.

I sold a 416 just a few mos ago. You can also join the MSN 416 email group if you want. They are all over, you just gotta find them. It's like looking for a rust free cruiser - sometimes easy, but usually not when you need one.

Thanks. More options!
