I wish I would have taken more pics during the build, but here's the best I can do. This applies to my 00 LX. Only difference may be the headlight trim pieces.
This kit comes with no instructions, but you'll figure it out.
Remove both lower headlight trim pieces and center trim piece.
Remove plastic bumper and steel cross brace.
Remove both tow hooks.
Loosely bolt up winch plate through tow hook holes with supplied hardware. 4 bolts
Same for L & R mounting uprights. 4 bolts facing forward.
Same for front skid. 3 bolts to front cross member.
Square up pieces while snugging up 11 bolts largest to smallest.

The the front skid should be flush with the winch plate. (I didn't catch this and had a 1/4" overlap underneath the skid. This also affected the flushness of the top and both wings, but it came out fine. So it's not too crucial. You can see this overlap above a wd40 can in my first pic posted a few posts above.
Get all 11 bolts tight before tacking! If not your bumper may never fit on your truck after it's fully welded.(without a torch and cut off blades)
Slip in 4 triangle skid gussets and tack in place. Some fit fine, others protrude, trim to fit for a good weld.
Now fit each wing into place to your desired look and fender gap. Tack it.
At this point I pulled the entire bumper and began fully welding the inside of the bumper.
Both wing ends had to be trimmed and grinded for a clean fit. Tack and weld wing ends.
Place wing end caps and weld.
Install recovery points to your liking and tack.

take note of where the bumper slides into/on to the frame. And where the recovery points slide into. Make sure to get a shallow well penetrated weld in these locations for proper bolt up of finished bumper. (I had to bevel the lower insides of my recovery points to slide in over my welds in that location)

Fully welding the inside of the bumper aids in trimming, grinding, and the look/strength of the exterior welds.

install the stinger tube AFTER you have completed the vertical welds behind it. Just helps a bit.
I also rotated the stinger to my liking. I did not use the stinger supports.
I hope Luke
@4x4labs approves of this build. He did say he will eventually get a front 100 write up.
Feel free to correct me on my steps or build.
I used 7018 stick on recovery points and over my inside mig welds. 110v wire feed with 75/25 gas on inside and outside welds.
