My offer on an 07 4Runner sport with V6 and about 110,000 miles on it was accepted. Local truck that's had 2 owners, and mostly city driven from what I can see. I'll be picking up the truck next week. Other than looking at the obvious, any thing to be particularly on the lookout for (I read about transfer case actuator leak, for ex)? I'll make sure to test the truck in 4H and 4L to make sure all works.
The tailgate window does not go down and the rear wiper doesn't work, and I'm hoping it might just need to be reset as I have read about (battery was replaced a while ago so that may have been the culprit). I'd like to have that window work (and the wiper).
Anyway, the truck drove well and comes with good maintenance records, but I thought I'd ask in case you might recommend that I look at a few components or maintenance items in particular.
