Has anyone put a NorthWest Fab BlackBox Titan series doubler behind a 2wd 4l60e transmission with a round pattern 32 spline passenger drop NP205? I’m wondering about driveline clearance issues. And would rather not spend a ton of money and then figure out it doesn’t work.

In an FJ40?

FWIW, unless you have a four link rear axle moved way back you'll have virtually no driveline. Typical LS/4L60e placement with Toyota t-case and flipped 40 rear springs on stock hangers will net about a 17" rear drive shaft. Same on flipped 60 springs moved as far back as possible will net about a 22" driveline.

If you are on springs and SOA, add in the rear driveline angle issues.
