45 series lineage

I was wondering - there is a HJ47, and an FJ47 (apparently), but no BJ47 - why not? Why no BJ47?

an hj 45 is an h motor, when the 2h went in it was designated the 47

I know there's no FJ47 according to birfield.com., but I come across listings on Ebay Australia that list parts and give "FJ47" as an applicable model. That's one puzzle - maybe Aussies are just confused?
