1983 HJ47 Crew Cab

Zero rust. lives in a heated garage near Boston, MA

Originally re-worked body for use by surveyors and executives at the mines in AU.

Almost new Chevy 350 with cam and gear drive. Just put in 3 months ago. Bought from a friend who said it had less than 500 mi. That person is on MUD so he can give backup to my claim.

Things done or cool points to the truck: tires, rims, full floater rear axle, hubcaps, shocks, disc brakes, front locker, seats, exhaust, paint, headliner, rear jump seats, Optima yellow top, Ruff Stuff battery box, roundeyes, rustproofing, Serengetti door panels, stereo, speakers, etc

click my sig line for too many details and pics.

Rides great. Very quiet for a truck this size and with this engine.

Like any cruiser it needs some minor stuff. Nuthin big.

Not sure I really wanna sell it but I've found a nice truck I'm considering for a daily driver. If this sells, great. If not, no big deal. Can't fit the Pumpkin and the potential daily driver in the garage together.

$14,500 Partial trades considered for a 40 or a 55 PLUS cash. need the cash for buying new diesel truck. realistically I need at least $10K in cash plus a trade if anything were to happen. Hit me up with whatever you have!

Thanks! Appreciated the compliment though!!

That truck rocks. It is exactly what I was looking for BEFORE I bought the red 60 of my dreams... What is the truck you are chasing? If you detail that out, perhaps you will get better qualified trade offers.

Love the Great Pumpkin. Best of luck with it!

Looking at a few different 70 series diesel trucks. Would only be willing to trade for a diesel 70 or 80 series .

I've had a few 60 series trade offers but my wife's ex-husband had a 60 and said she would divorce me if I ever got one.

Actually leaning towards not selling it at all.

Would consider a partial trade for a 55 or a 40 but no projects!!

Yes, a much abused rig from the two shots of it in the current issue of Toy Trails. ;p C'mon! My Corolla wheels harder'n that, John! Just bustin' your chops, can't believe you'd sell that great rig!

Quiet out there these days.......

price too high??

I've only wheeled it once on a stock run (Class 6 roads) so don't let the super wicked awesome wheeling pics scare you off!

What meaning of "final"? Just showed my :princess: the photos and she said " I can deal with an orange car but it only has 2 doors"......

I'm looking for something more practical than our '95 FZ80 with lockers and 189Kmiles.....The pumpkin is a contender for sure!

Best,
Rob M

Pretty much convinced I'm not going to sell it. It ends on eBay today and once that's done I'm not going to try to sell it any more ie. my final bump.

that said, if someone showed up in a tophat and monacle with a giant bag with a $ on it, I'd probably sell.

 Good for you! I have no giant bag of $ and would really have to dig hard in my closet to come up with a tophat and/or a monacle...

That is a nice rig. What size of tires on the stock rims? I just purchased the stock steelie rims like yours and am wondering what tire size fits well and looks sexy!

33" BFG's. The do fit nicely with 1" spacers.

My BMW died yesterday so I'm very much motivated to sell the pumpkin as I likely need the cash for a newer car. Entertaining all offers

Price reduced to $15K or best offer. Motivated to sell and willing to take a partial trade for a driveable project 40 plus cash.

Selling now because my DD BMW head gasket blew up last week. Getting rid of that car and don't want to have a car payment.

Just put on new Warn premium hubs yesterday and changed the diff fluid. Sweet. I have a new vinyl gray floor mat to go with it as well still in the box.

did it sell?

Sold! Sold to a guy in Chicago who's never owned a Toyota !

Nothing wrong with creating a new one! If he doesn't appreciate it I'm sure it will be up for sale quickly

DUDE! WTF!!!!!

I thought for sure this was a "keeper." At least for me.

Man, how can you walk away from this rig?

I'm hurt. If I had the space...

Don't make me bring out the Flipper... :D

You're killing me. This truck is to keep.

Sorry for the repeat.
