A few of us are curious about where the 40th trucks are, how many were produced and the correlation if any between serial numbers, geographical delivery locations etc. Just for fun.

So if you want to email me I'll put it together. Send me this info:

1. Your 40th serial number
2. The color of your truck (sage or emerald)
3. Last six of your VIN
4. The delivery dealer (or at least the state) if you know
5. Where it is now
6. Your name.

I'll put it in a database and then we can decide on what to do with it (make it public or private).

What about the collectors edition? Same year wasn't it?

Well the "factory" also badged the collectors edition too. Always thought it was odd that they had the collectors edition and the 40th anniv. in the same year.

I know where your coming from but also the 40th just makes it unique, not just an "edition". Also the collectors could be added to any color, the 40th only sage and green. It would make the 40th more unique had it only been in the sage.

Oh, get off your 40th pedistal! :flipoff2:

Update. I have received a few replies from some of you and added that to a database to get this started. To keep this thread alive so it will be seen, I will update the number I have from time to time and I will put it up on my website this week. It occurred to me that some people may not want their name attached to the registry. If you have already emailed me and DON'T want your name shown, send me a PM.

As for the lockers comment I guess we can add that field. I imagine that was arbitrary and had nothing to do with the 40th and more to do with allocation of Cruisers configured certain ways to dealers. Let me know if you think we should add this field.

Regarding Collector's Edition, I don't have one so I thought I'd stick to just the 40th. If you have a CE send me the info and I'll add it as well in its own section.

I'll drop you a PM as soon as I remember to look at the number on the console and think to jot down the vin.

Adam Tolman (Wasatch Cruisers) and I designed that sticker many moons ago (1999?). Thanks for running it.

What brand of side steps/sliders are those?

Sheesh...I never knew 40th owners were such :princess:es

It's a cruiser...leave it at that. :flipoff2:

Ok, just find an LX450 forum first :flipoff2:

Jim,
I know you guys have heard this before, but that's the best sticker any club has going. Matches my hat and my t-shirt too :D
