Wanted 40 H42 top cover part + shifter handle

Looking for this piece as well as a shifter rod to complete a setup I have. Possibly willing to buy a complete top cover/shifter setup too. I also need a addition shifter to replace one that is all bent up by a PO

I ended up ordering a bunch of other stuff and forgot about this

Still need a shifter handle and top section of a top cover
