4 Speed Flywheel

I have a 1965 1F that I am putting a 4-speed up to. Does anyone know the difference in the 3 and 4 speed flywheels? If they can not be interchanged I am going to need one for a 4 speed. I have 2 or 3 flywheels but I am pretty sure they are all 3 speed. Thanks for any insight.

Stick with 3-spd flywheel. Bigger rotational inertia=more low end poop.
