I totally disagree. Tire inflation effects the contact patch and ground clearance. The circumstances dictates distance traveled at one revolution.
@charliemeyer007 nailed it in his previous post.
If your tire is flat it will take more revolutions to go the same distance.
Another way to think of it, using the term you brought up, contact patch, the math doesn’t care about anything not in contact with the ground, i.e., the 90% of tire in the air, the math only cares about the distance from the center of the axle to the propulsion point.
