I have a 2002 Toyota sequoia and am having a terrible time trying to locate this tick. I got it with 209000 miles and had to replace a leaking cam seal so I did timing belt and water pump new pulleys with new tensioner valve cover gaskets fluid intake manifold gasket and starter (didn’t need a starter turns out it was a bad ground) I have a video but can’t figure out how to post it

These are notorious for exhaust manifolds rusting and leaking. I had to replace both of my wife's 2001 Sequoia. I would start by looking there

Another vote for cracked exhaust manifold. Really common.
