Hi all, long story short, I used a 2nd gen LN130 JDM surf as the chassis of my frankenstein build.
I want to run the bigger 3rd gen dics and calipers, for a number of reasons:
1. Better braking performance
2. Easier access to spares where I am in Zimbabwe.
3. Power brake option available to 3rd gen, not 2nd.
4. My 1uz vvti kind of warrants a decent brake setup.
Has any one ever done it or attempted it before? I've spent the last few days searching and doing some research, can't find anyone having done this before, so some input would be nice.
I have a good plan of attack in mind, but before I reinvent the wheel, or rather disc, would like to hear what others think.
