It's that time again. Similar venue to previous years.

This post will show details, as well as those who are planning to attend. I'll try to keep it updated, but if you don't see your name here and plan on attending, let me know and I will add it to the list.

Date: Saturday, June 13, 2020
When: Anytime - lunch will be ready at noon.
Location: Near Walkerville, MI. I will send address to those that RSVP.
Food: We'll provide pulled pork, buns, baked beans, coleslaw, chips and soft drinks. If there is something else you want, let me know. We can also have burgers/hot dogs to throw on a grill in case people do not like/appreciate delicious BBQ.

We will also have our token shot of Jeremiah Weed, for those who wish to partake in the goodness...

You Provide: Drink of choice and chairs.

Lodging: Camping on our property is fine, whether tent/vehicle/RTT/trailer etc. We have room. People are more than welcome to camp here Friday night and Saturday night. There are also two campgrounds fairly close, the largest being Whiskey Creek campground, if you prefer those amenities.

Trail Ride: I'll put together a 'trail ride' for Saturday, June 13th, consisting of two-tracks/forest/seasonal roads. We will head out after lunch, approximately 1:00. The plan is to make pit stops at some local dive bars, ending at Woody's Bar and Grill for dinner.

Please let me know if you need anything or have questions:

RSVP: When you RSVP, please verify the following:
  • Number of people (kid and pet friendly)
  • When you will be arriving/departing (if camping, for planning purpose)
Again, there is an open invitation for those that arrive on Friday night to share in some bourbon (or whatever you drink), while we stare at smokers. We've had people here on Friday night the first two years and it was awesome.

Please feel free to share!

Matt @69LC , feel free to bring the Camry again.

I think I've run out of excuses for missing this event. Ed

MichLC confirmed for 1 +K9 (Guinness)
We’re planning on camping Friday night at your place like last year.

If you all have radios... please bring them as it makes trail comm that much more fun & better. You know, if someone’s radiator blows or such.

I know you already know, but just so you know...

I'm in!!!

Likely will have 4 more of my gang too

I will be up Friday as well. Maybe just camp out all week!

I just realized that I had better get after it or I will be walking. Everything I own is broken.

List updated with those whom have RSVP'd.

We will not be pre-packaging meals or really adhering to strict social distancing. If you feel necessary to have that, please let those around you know, when here. If you prefer to wear a mask, that is fine as well.

That said, if you are concerned about the risks of COVID-19, and are apprehensive about attending, we completely understand. There will be more cruiser get-togethers in the future.

If you are planning to attend, and have not let me know, please do so at your earliest convenience.

Cheers,
Jonathan
