I only drove it for about 400k (home to the garage after I bought it) but it ran great and the tranny shifted fine and seemed good. as far as the compession goes I didnt check it before I pulled it. I was told that it had 90000 miles on the rebuild. If anyone is interested in doing a engine swap I have the wiring harness as well as the mounts for the frame and everthing else (air cleaner box, vacume components and all that other electical gasser crap.
I am open to any offers and have many other spare gas and diesel 60 and 62 parts

It looks to have a new water pump and if I get no takers for the whole unit I will sell it off as parts

what is it too cheap?
I paid $500 for a similar deal (3FE/auto/splitcase + goodies) about a month before you posted this. That one had been sitting the for sale section for 4 or 6 months. Just isn't much demand for them I suppose, especially north of the border.
FWIW, yours has much lower mileage on the rebuild than what I picked up.
