3FE head on an F engine?

There would still be the other issue of getting oil to the rocker assembly, but that has been done before by adding an external line from oil pressure port on filter up to softplug in 3FE head.

I'll dig up some paperwork and find what kind of pistons were put in when it was rebuilt. As far as getting oil to the head, i'll see what info I can find for using an external line.
