Planning on installing 3FE exhaust manifolds on the '76 2F that'll be going into my '71 FJ40. I'm looking for the flanges and short sections of pipe that the muffler shop can use to weld on the rest of the downpipes.

That would be great! Certainly better than cutting up a complete downpipe.I might be able to make them for you.. I have done the funky 2F one. Let me look at my manifolds today and see if I can make a set... I am going to need them for my project eventually anyway.
I measured the flanges on my '86 FJ60, it has the 3FE manifolds and FJ62 downpipes. The thickness is a little over 5/16".View attachment 1857680

I want to beef up the edges on the outsides of the bolt holes, but otherwise it fits perfect.
1/4? I think that's what the original was clise to.

You need 3fe manifolds to make flanges? I’m your huckleberry... hit me up and let me know cost for 3 sets of flanges please.
What ever happened with these flanges is there a solution?
