3F vs 3FE.... same, same??

Hi all. Quick question from a newbie....

Are the 3F and 3FE engines the same block/head... same engine other than carb v EFI?

Looking for a new head, wondering if they are the same... as in can I bolt a 3F head on a 3FE block?

3F is a carburated version of the 3FE which is a fuel injection.


Jimc posted up pictures of the heads sitting side by side. I will try to find the thread.
