Starting this dedicated thread to help folks design new things for their rigs.

I will try to build database of 3D scans for 80 series Land Cruiser and maybe some other Toyotas.
They will be added to my website and sold for affordable prices in hope to cover some of the expenses :)
I have already made a few , which can be found on my website.

If you have some requests or insights feel free to let me know.

WOW!
Mighty generous of you.

You asked for requests...
LC80 rear end with the fake bumperettes removed so the steel frame is exposed.
Please pull the spare tire so the scanner can paint the back side and inside surfaces too.

Does your scanner work with the parts as is? or do you have to coat them in a white spray on powder?
We have a little desk top unit, you have to use the spray. We call it foot powder, because that's what it look like.

What file format are your scans? Do they import as a point cloud or as a steriolithagraphy triangulated surface or something else? Do you know if they can be direct imported into CREO?

Nice!

Another call for the rear end, especially a scan of the lower 10" from back of the rear tire well to the end of the vehicle.

Also asking what format as well.

Rear part is the one I will make for sure.
I will do my best to pick as many details as I can.

I don't have laser scanner only optical. Some surface prep is needed.

I am exporting scan as STL file.
I am sure CREO will handle Stl files

STL is perfect.

A question about the license. It appears the license is packaged with the digital item, and only can be viewed after buying.

There appears to be something like a license on the right on the web page. Is that the same license that is packaged with the digital item?

I am asking because I am not keen on buying something that one can only agree to the terms after buying, and it is non returnable...

LICENSING AGREEMENT / TERMS AND CONDITIONS is under each product at the bottom of the description. Packed with digital file are the same as you can read under each product. No need to worry.
