I have an orphaned idler bracket, but no pulley or tension bolt - these should be easier to find, and I'll go through my bin to see what I have.

We got a complete set of brackets, including the idler pulley. the 3B however uses apparently the only bearing Koyo has ever made in that size, and it was super hard for me to find a replacement. A trip to the junkyard found a different Toyota idler pulley that was exactly the same, just with a very common bearing to replace. I want to say it was from a Camry.

?????? I had an idler pulley bearing (1984 BJ60) seize on my PS belt while travelling across North Dakota a few years ago. Stopped at a bearing supply shop in Bismarck, took the idler pulley off in the parking lot, bought the bearing, and scrounged the use of the vise in the back room to press the old bearing out and the new one in. Back on the road in under an hour.
That is the only time I have had an issue with an idler bearing but from that experience I never imagined the bearing was anything out of the ordinary.
