1985 BJ60 (3B Engine, 5 Speed and Parts) in Portland

The Whole Rig for $2800 - I posted a message below describing that, to simplify things, I'm now asking $2800 for the whole BJ60 (engine, tranny, body, etc.). It's a tank. The body is not pretty - I recommend that you use this truck for similar weekend and/or hauling use, or that you pull the engine and tranny. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Chad

(Original post below)
Long story, OK, I'll tell it - I'm in Portland - I bought an '85 BJ60 last year in Vancouver, it was awesome but rusty body. I drove it around town, took it camping and fishing a few times, ran errands and did chores. Great truck. Then the wife said we're having kids and she wants something less rusty and more presentable. So last month I bought a nice '86 HJ60 in Seattle. It's beautiful, and perfect except for the automatic transmission. So, I want to pull the 5 speed from the BJ60 and put it in my HJ. And that's where you come in...

For sale: one 3B engine, ~370K km, in Portland
Included: all of the mounts, A/C, everything... because it also comes with the BJ60 that it's in (minus the transmission). This includes the "Diesel" 60 grill, the whole deal. So, you can convert your FJ60/62 into a BJ. And get the "Diesel Waves" from Cruiserheads in the know.
Cost: $2000 - I don't know if this is a steal or unreasonable. I looked at old posts and couldn't get a read on it. So, let me know what you think. That's definitely not me playing games - I'm not a good liar.
Thanks!

you realize that the 5 speed is not a direct bolt in? B trans uses a different input shaft than an H trans.

I did not realize that, specifically. Thanks for the heads up - that's why I love this forum. The guys at Landcruiser Northwest were going to handle the swap - I think that they were wondering if they would need to do something special for it. By "different input shaft", are you saying that this is a really tough (and/or impossible) swap, or is it a minor consideration that a good cruiser shop could handle? Thanks again.

I went to go see the truck you bought a couple of months ago. I didn't care for the auto either and wound up with a BJ70. Good luck with the sale.

Sorry for the lack of pics. Long work days = too dark for photos. I should be able to get some tomorrow AM and post. Thanks everyone for the interest.

Here are the pics

I included a pic of the exterior for those of you wanting other parts in addition to the 3B, mounts, etc. Please let me know if you want more detailed pics of the engine or other areas of the Cruiser.

The Whole Rig for $2800

I've realized that things were too complicated with how I was approaching things, and that this was going to take forever. With that, I'm asking $2800 for the whole BJ60. In addition to the engine and related parts, you get one H55 5 speed, all attached together in a body that, in the last year, I've driven: 1. from Vancouver to Portland, 2. on numerous 6 hour round trip camping/fishing trips to the Deschutes River and similar locales, 3. to the lumber store about 1,000 times (according to my checkbook). It's a tank. The body is not pretty - I recommend that you use this truck for similar weekend and/or hauling use, or that you pull the engine and tranny.

Thoughts?

I'll also send PMs to folks who've PM'd me. Thanks for your patience.
