3b diesel need help..!

Hi there guys ...i'm doing an engine swap from gas to diesel on a fj60,putting an 3b diesel engine on it ,and since i have it out i want it to look at the bearings so i did ..and they are fine ...like new, but now i don't have the torque specs for the motor (bottom) but since i'm doing the head too, i do have in the gasket set the values for the top part..
Does any one have the torque specs for the main bearings and rod bearings , and timing cover ,that can share with me ..?
