Almost one week to go for this event. This year it has grown, almost tripled in size with sponsors, and 2 video outlets coming to tape sections. Will be a significant event and exposure for the Uwharrie mountains and Tread Lightly. 24 teams, few toyotas too. The last day, Saturday, will include a celebration of Scott Field's life, and the BBQ will be awesome for anyone who wants to join just for that part, around 6pm.

HiLift was just dropping off a large shipment of equipment today! And some of those goodies will make their way for the volunteer raffle. I know many here dont like the HiLifts, but talk to your husbands, they know the value of a HiLift on trained hands!

Oh, anyone wants to volunteer, you have 3 days to let me know!

Anyone else running the race?

Year 3 for team xtreme machine. Back in the enlisted class.

And XTREME machine will kick ass this year! Plan for rain and wet like a Colombian jungle trip

I knew what la verga means (grew up in LA holmes.... lol) figured that the name was a colombian porn star or something that I wouldn't want to google.

On a side note just picked up your book for reading when I finish my current kindle book. :cheers:

Clearly that Jeep at 1:27 is in it to win a set of new tires..... damn....

Funny. The beast (94 LC on 37s )did not spin a wheel on that obstacle. Baahaa.

Looks like fun! I did not know that an Ar-15 is a precision rifle. I guess in the hands of any Marine it would be ;) haha have fun! stay safe! :beer:

I actually finally practiced with an A R 2 weekends ago. Once place we can get more points and we need them. :<)

Great Andrew. Wont help you though, you will likely get a box of miscellaneous parts, some of which will build an AR, and have 2 minutes to assemble it. In the dark. Hanging upside down. With a copper hear crawling down your leg. All while reciting the Code of Conduct.

O, easy task this year! :<)

The rain is going to be the fun part. 1994 LC (ON 37 KM2s with Bead Locks at 15 psi) fully covered, most folks were running fully open jeeps the last 2 years.

@uzj100 what's your team's name?
