Looks like she's just has a paint job, so there may or may not be metal under that paint. Even so, looks like a good deal for a complete running '40.

And I'm no 40 expert, but I think that bezel is upsidedown
Looks familiar, pretty sure I saw that posted on black flag a couple months ago, looked for the ad and apparently it sold, so if it's the same one( 90% sure it is ) he's only had it a little while.
As I recall in the other pics that were in the old ad, the tub was pretty solid
