31/11.50.15 for FJ40

It's time for new boots and I'm having a hard time finding some wide rubber for my FJ40. The last set were 31/11.50/15 and they looked great. I wonder if anyone has found tires in this size recently? It seems everyone is going with low profile tires these days so the sizes for 15" wheels are getting limited.

where are you located?? Have you tried tirerack.com??

YOu might have to find a place out of the country where no one has low profile offroad rigs.....

I got my odd ball tires from tirerack.com. 33x10.5 R15 (bfgoodrich MT)

never mind i just checked tire rack and they don't ahve any 31x11.50 r 15s

they do have 10 different 32x11.50 r 15s though.

Quick web search yielded nothing... And I don't think I've ever seen an LT295/70-15.

A guy I used to wheel with had some on his Samurai - I'm pretty sure they were Wildcats (sold by Les Schwab if you're on the west coast, but their website doesn't list sizes).

It seems like I remember seeing some BFG AT's on a YJ a while back that were something like 315/65-15 or similar. I just remember doing the quick mental calculation and they were about 31x12.50x15. Of course, finding that size is probably just as hard...

Hopefully this link works. SuperSwamper LTB's and the Trxus STS come in 31x11.50 on a 15 inch rim I believe.
