3 Speed to 4 Speed Conversion

I have a 72 FJ40 with a three (3) speed that I want to change for a four (4) speed. What is the easiest conversion? Thanks

Or do a V-8 (SBC) swap with a Marks of Australia kit. It's set up for a 4-speed.

I believe Cooler did a 4 speed to a 3 speed transfer case

I did a 4 speed with a 4 speed transfer

some pics here of the 4 speed and pieces

shows the finger style vs the diaphragm clutch but you can use either
